The Urban Villa is a luxury Liberty-style Villa with private swimming pool (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) to let in Lucca, Italy , offering hospitality to up to 8/9 guests. The first floor consists of an entrance hall with Art Nouveau frescoes, a studio, a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, and two lounges. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and one bathroom. On the second floor there is a second balcony, smaller but even brighter than the one on the floor below. You walk to it through a large French window illuminating the spacious hall, having the same size like the one of the first floor. The stairs, consisting of 60 more steps, lead to the tower, which occupies the right side of the house. The highest part of the tower consists of a veranda with its many windows in iron and glass, inside which a spiral staircase goes up to the terrace. The garden surrounding the house on three sides covers about 1500 square meters, and the same size is the section of the park on the back of the house, planted with olive trees.
